A hand-woven jute kilim made from India. The weave is firm, durable, tight, and scratch-free. The rug is approximately 6 mm thick.

Jute is known as the "golden fiber" because of its color. It is an environmentally friendly fiber because it requires virtually no pesticides or fertilizers and is 100% biodegradable and recyclable. One hectare of jute consumes 15 tons of carbon dioxide and generates 11 tons of oxygen.
